Information you choose to provide
The buyer, seller, home value, PCS, and contact forms prepare an email draft in your chosen email service. Your entries stay in the current page until you choose to open an email draft or copy the message. The site does not submit those entries to a website database or save them in browser storage. You must send the email yourself for Kinna to receive it. Your email provider’s privacy practices apply when you open or send a draft.
The public website does not currently require an account to browse its community and military resources. Kinna may receive information when you choose to call, text, email, request real estate help, join a list or continue to a third party form connected to her business.
Depending on what you request, that information may include your name, contact details, preferred areas, moving timeline, property address, housing needs, financing questions and the content of your message.
Information created by normal website use
The website host and services used to deliver pages or images may process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, referring page, requested page, date and time, and basic security or diagnostic records. KinnaClarkRE.com does not currently use its own advertising tracker to follow visitors across unrelated websites.
How information is used

When information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers supporting the website or business, Rapisarda Real Estate when required for brokerage supervision or a transaction, and professionals or referral partners when you request or authorize an introduction. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or address fraud and security.
Kinna does not sell personal information submitted directly to her and does not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
Outside websites and services
The site links to independent services and official resources, including Rap Homes, Zillow, Canva, social media platforms, SmugMug and government or community websites. When you leave KinnaClarkRE.com, the destination’s privacy terms and data practices apply. A link does not mean Kinna controls that outside service.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, an ongoing client relationship, brokerage or transaction requirements, dispute prevention, security and applicable recordkeeping duties. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email, text message or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may browse the public resource pages without sending Kinna personal information. You may ask to review, correct or delete information submitted directly to Kinna, subject to identity verification and records that must be retained for legal, brokerage, transaction or security reasons. You may also ask to stop nontransactional marketing messages.
Children’s privacy
The family hub is written for parents and caregivers. It is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13, and children should not submit personal information through the contact links.
